To excel in this arena, David has studied the world's best cruise ship photographs and he has purchased specialised camera equipment to capture exceptional scenery, lifestyle, culinary, people and activity images. Last year, David photographed the Coral Princess Cruise. He has since been commissioned by the operators to return to photograph the vessel on the Great Barrier Reef. Drawing from his experience in the tourism industry and as a travel photographer, David has developed a good working knowledge of the opportunities and challenges involved in cruise ship photography and, with a growing interest in cruising, he has now set about building on his reputation as the most widely published travel photographer in the Asia Pacific region, to become one of the best cruise ship photographers in the world.
